1. Intellectual Property Ownership
Unless explicitly declared otherwise in custom Statement of Work (SOW) documents, all source code, database architectures, graphics assets, and digital product intellectual property created by Analytiq Technology engineers are fully transferred to the client upon full payment of project invoices.
2. Deliverables & Cooperation SLAs
We operate under agile delivery loops with scheduled weekly milestones. SOW contracts dictate precise Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics including uptime guarantees, browser grid rendering targets, and maximum API response latencies.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality
We enforce strict confidentiality terms. We sign standard corporate NDAs prior to analyzing any proprietary repositories, codebase logs, API documentation, or supply chain data structures.
