Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Software Development & Consultancy Services

Due to the custom-tailored nature of enterprise software engineering, consulting, and system integration services, the following rules apply:

• Milestone Payments: Projects are billed based on pre-defined, mutually agreed milestones. Once a milestone deliverables package has been reviewed, approved, and signed off by the client, the corresponding payment is 100% non-refundable.
• Project Cancellation: Either party may cancel the service agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon cancellation, the client will be billed pro-rata for all verified engineering hours logged up to the official termination date, and all intellectual property completed up to that point will be transferred to the client.

2. E-Learning & Online Educational Courses (Edusparkers.com)

For individuals and organizations purchasing online courses, training tracks, or educational materials through our e-learning platform:

• 7-Day Refund Guarantee: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund, provided you have consumed less than 20% of the training modules and have not downloaded any associated offline assets or source files.
• Ineligibility: No refunds will be issued after the 7-day period has elapsed, or if the student has consumed more than 20% of the course curriculum.
• Course Cancellations: Subscription-based training tracks may be cancelled at any time through the billing dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, and no further recurring charges will be processed.

3. Requesting a Refund

To submit a formal cancellation or refund request, please email our support desk at info@edusparkers.com with your order reference number, invoice details, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
