Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Software Development & Consultancy Services

Due to the custom-tailored nature of enterprise software engineering, consulting, and system integration services, the following rules apply:

• Milestone Payments: Projects are billed based on pre-defined, mutually agreed milestones. Once a milestone deliverables package has been reviewed, approved, and signed off by the client, the corresponding payment is 100% non-refundable.
• Project Cancellation: Either party may cancel the service agreement by providing a 30-day written notice. Upon cancellation, the client will be billed pro-rata for all verified engineering hours logged up to the official termination date, and all intellectual property completed up to that point will be transferred to the client.

2. Software Development (Edusparkers.com)

For individuals and organizations purchasing software development services through our platform, refunds and cancellations are processed in accordance with the specific milestone milestones or service agreements executed for each project.

3. Requesting a Refund

To submit a formal cancellation or refund request, please email our support desk at info@edusparkers.com with your order reference number, invoice details, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.
